What to expect at your visit

At Bellbrook Neighborhood Dental we want our patients to feel like they are a part of our family. We treat everyone with compassion and kindness.

If you are a new patient with us, we will have new patient forms for you to fill out. For you conviencence you can download them here and fill them out in advance of your appointment:

 

Please always bring with you:

• Photo ID
• Dental Insurance Card
• List of medications, vitamins and supplements

Our team will ask you about your medical and oral health history.

Our office will then perform an oral evaluation which may include:

• Xrays
• Periodontal probing
• Charting of your existing dental treatment
• Non-invasive oral cancer screening

Dr. Dahling will them review his findings with you and develop a treatment plan to help you attain your oral health goals.

If you are a parent, bringing your child to our practice, let us know in advance if there is anything we can do to help your child experience a comfortable and happy visit.
